I am a qualified sleep consultant and I help sleep deprived parents gain back control and get the sleep they need without guilt or shame.

I am the best selling author of a parenting book ‘How to be your own Health Visitor’.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

🇮🇪 I grew up in Ireland was told at school I was stupid (I didn’t know I had dyslexia). I wanted to be a doctor but loved being a nurse and was in the NHS for over 25 years.

In 2009 I began my personal development journey having trained with the Coaching Academy. I am an award winning coach and am goal driven.

✅ I have gained 5 degrees and am doing my PhD (not bad for someone labelled as stupid)
✅ I have set up 8 businesses from scratch. 2 of them Montessori Nurseries.
✅ I have written a book on parenting
✅ I have built a million pound property portfolio
✅ I have been self employed for 12 years working as a nurse consultant coach. Living life on my terms whilst building my businesses
✅ I have published 2 academic papers on safeguarding supervision
✅ I sit as a volunteer on a Board of Trustees for a homeless

I am a child care expert and early years consultant having worked as a lead Inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and an assessor for the Montessori Evaluation and Accreditation Board (MEAB).

I am on a mission to help every parent enjoy their parenting journey.
