I just launched The Sound Life, a for-profit social impact residential development project bringing small, green homes to sub-rural areas.

In 2019, we built a 700 sq. ft. energy-efficient backyard cottage to live in so we could generate passive income on our main home. Now we're bringing these small home designs to the Olympic Peninsula.
