Bio

Anna Cervera is an audiovisual project manager and filmmaker. She collaborates with companies in the audiovisual and technological sector to conceptualize and coordinate new projects.
She directed the documentary “A la puta strasse. Not just a Barcelona”, a film that depicts the end of an era in Barcelona, after the closure of the bar that was the temple of bohemia and underground. It is available on Netflix: https://www.netflix.com/es/title/81409126

She is also the codirector of Zoom Festival International Audiovisual Content Festival of Catalonia. It is the only international audiovisual content festival in Spain that gives visibility to quality contents, in various formats and created for digital platforms, social networks and traditional televisions.

The Festival selects and gives visibility to quality audiovisual content in its Official Section, giving the Zoom Awards, and is reinforced by activities that generate value for the industry, offer training, facilitate the discovery of talent and give value to technology

This year, the festival has added the category of Videogames to its official section and has created an award with CIMA (the Association of Women Filmmakers and of audiovisual media), the CIMA-Festival Zoom Award to the best format for gender equality.

One of the goals for Zoom is to attract and gain new followers with digital events, by doing actions such as having live conversations via Twitch and ClubHouse, or with other activities like this year’s online League of Legends championship.

Zoom Festival’s next 20th edition will search for new content for different platforms. We are aimed at a general public but specially at a younger one, and we want to open up to a Spanish-speaking audience and content from the United States.
