Proactive, performance-driven professional with multidimensional experience of more than a decade, carving a niche in Strategic Business Planning and Project Management. Over the years have cultivated and developed expertise in Planning, Monitoring and Controls, Claims and Change Management and have gathered sharp experience in multiple sectors such as Contracting (Buildings and Infrastructure), Technology and Automation, Interior Design, Joinery and Fitout, Electrical and Telecom Infrastructure, Steel Construction, Logistic and Machinery services, Human Resource support services and have proven record of leading gamut of complex projects from Conceptualization to Closeout in adherence to PMI Standards.

Self driven with ardent entrepreneurial zest, I have always contributed to deliver results in line with organization vision, mission and business plans and is forever grateful to the people who have moulded and shaped me in becoming an independent lead.

Career Brief:
I started my career as Business Improvement Specialist In 2009. Later completed my post graduation in Project Engineering & Management and started my career as Senior Planning Engineer with Larsen and Toubro Construction. I grew stronger with my skills to Strategize, Plan, Organize, Present, Monitor, Control and Drive a Organization/Business/Projects. Over the years, have implemented Strategic Business Planning, Project Management, Risk and Change Management and has contributed on the turn around of the organizations up and close.

Agile and resillient, with an ability of effective an efficient management of the people/teams, I believe in taking full ownership to whatsoever I commit and lead from front.

What I can’t do?
I cannot complicate things. Why waste time, just save the hassle and keep it simple.
