I’m a mum, first and foremost, to my gorgeous 12 year old daughter and we live in Cheshire, England, with our little mongrel dog, Poppie.

I’m originally from a rather corporate background where feelings and emotions were definitely not needed or wanted and I fitted in well with that. Then just after my daughter was born life took a significant swerve, which felt devastating at the time, but shook me out of my emotional numbness so I could truly live and love my life. Over the past 10 years I’ve trained and qualified as a Counsellor and more recently a Life Coach and have worked with hundreds of clients over this time, supporting them with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

I’m passionate about supporting women to discover their own self worth and learn to totally accept and love themselves, by uncovering the root cause of any unhappiness or self loathing and to live a life without shame and guilt.

So last year I founded The Enlightened Weight Loss Program and now help professional mums to break free from the perpetual cycle of yo-yo dieting, to regain control over their body and health by empowering them to love themselves for who they are, regardless of their dress size.

It truly is something astounding when you see someone blossom and flourish into the amazing person they were always destined to be. Being part of that journey, with the beautiful women in my program, is one of life’s biggest privileges and I am in constant awe of their incredible growth through that journey.
