My past: Heading the data warehousing of PayPal (worked with amazing people here), in California. On returning to India was consultant to Municipal Commissioner of Delhi trying to achieve outcomes for a better Delhi. Subsequently chief of staff to a politician. Did some amazing stuff which was never scaled due to bureaucratic hurdles (reasons I understand but dont agree with!).

What we do know:
We need to work together for better outcomes - we need better and faster outcomes.
All stakeholders need to come together - bureaucrats, politicians, judiciary, regulators and the citizens
We need a "hatke" strategy. If we keep doing the same thing we will get the same results.
What we dont know:
How will these outcomes happen
So lets talk - but lets focus on keeping our comments constructive and encouraging. And come together for the greater good.
