I am a general doctor, a healer, an empath, a psychologist at heart. I am a teacher, a good listener, and also an avid seeker. I try to find insight through my struggles. I look for the tools to cope and share with people going through similar hardships.
My intention is to find balance between the mind body and soul; that’s what I’m striving to find and offer to the world.
Every day, I am aligning with my purpose, my inner peace and I am finding joy in helping others.
I love dancing and being out in nature. Optimism is an everyday goal.
