Bio

Anissa began her life journey in the glamorous world of dance and music.
An accomplished performer that followed the call within, to offer her skills and talent to the youth and young adults of her community as the Director of the Schuylkill Ballet Theater. There she wrote/directed/choreographed/designed four Original Ballets for children.
Anissa is the Founder of Positive Exchange, created in 2011, to inspire and encouraged spiritual seekers along the step-less path of Self-realized Freedom.
She expanded her arts education in photography and digital editing. Capturing valued moments and highlighting our humanity. In a very short time, she was hired by Sony Records and Matt Pierson(WarnerBros.) for her candid recording studio photography.
With Anissa's extensive background on stage, she offers an unique perspective and is able to anticipates the next movement, allowing her to capture pure poetry in motion...
At the same time, she deepened her spiritual practice, studying yoga since 2008 and is an established Reiki Master, that specializes in holding space for physical, emotional and psychological trauma healing.
Currently, Anissa is a full-time student of meditation and is a gifted writer that offers her daily works and reflections to avid seekers alike on www.Patreon.com/AnissaMartell
