I'm a highly experienced, entrepreneurial business leader, communications professional and executive coach who thrives on helping teams and individuals find and deliver their point of Difference.

I lead The Difference Collective, delivering healthcare communications through a purpose-built, intentionally virtual agency model.

After a 30+ year career in communications, I co-founded Virgo Health in 2003, shaping it into one of the UK’s most successful healthcare consultancies and expanding its impact globally.

In 2017, after spotting a coming change in the marketplace, I conceived and built The Difference Collective which pioneered a fresh, intentionally virtual, streamlined model (long before Covid-19 sent everyone online). The Difference Collective is the healthcare communications agency 'reformed' to deliver better results, value and flexibility for clients.
