Bio

By 21, I was the youngest Black-woman broadcast news audio mixer in the DMV while attending Morgan State University.

During my 20s, I created Television Production curriculum for at-risk youth. I taught Video Production at Baltimore School for the Arts and Connecticut School of Broadcasting.

In my 30s, I worked alongside creative teams for music videos, national commercials, web series and directed 3 short films. #WhereIsBeauty

After 6 years at NBCUniversal advocating for women and launching the Young Professionals Network in LA and NY, I pivoted to non-fiction film. I led digital marketing campaigns for three PBS feature documentaries #HBCURising #BossPBS #MilesDavisPBS.

At 40, I embarked on a 6-week journey to 6 countries in Africa and launched a start-up during the pandemic. My newest venture, Uncorked & Cultured is a media company that unapologetically connects BIPOC audiences to wine, wellness, culture and adventure. 🍇🍷✊🏾
