Bottler Distribution Group (BDG) is a startup founded by Andy Weinstein (me), a third generation
independent Pepsi | Dr. Pepper bottler in the Pacific Northwest.

With a unique depth of
understanding of the industry and a real sensitivity to its challenges, I was struck by how
much bottler supply chains have in common and how difficult it is for individual businesses to
modernize on their own. BDG allows bottlers to outsource modernization as a service, thereby
repurposing sunk costs and achieving economies of scale as well as economies of scope. BDG
acts as a convener for this loosely connected network and offers continuous service
improvements without large investment. BDG harnesses the last mile distribution operations of
Pepsi | Dr. Pepper bottlers and to facilitate the delivery of PPE and other essential items to every
zip code in the nation. BDG succeeds by adding long term value to people and organizations.
I am intimately involved with the operating networks of beverage distribution. I have a lifelong
familiarity with the business dynamics of the industry—an industry that is the backbone of delivery
of goods to businesses, day in and day out. My vision to expand existing Independent Bottler
products and distribution grows out of this experience
