A retailer, entrepreneur, educator and businessman, with a background in management & IT consulting, Andrew Tan is in the luxury business of life in style. He founded and co-run atomi with his Japanese wife Mitsuko, a Singapore-based Japan-centric company that has brought everything that epitomises Japanese Designs x Comfortable Lifestyle.

Andrew is the managing partner for atomi Consulting which advises retail businesses, government agencies, mall and property owners in Singapore and Japan. And he is a part-time lecturer in Nanyang Business School for more than 10 years, plus contract teaching in various organizations, such as Alibaba Business School / NTUC LearningHub and e2i.

Having gained experience in the financial and consulting fields via Standard Chartered Bank, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, KPMG Consulting, Ernst & Young & Infor Global Services, Andrew has taken on consulting projects for Singapore listed company, listed and privately owned Japanese companies and prefectural government who are looking into venturing outside Japan and take on the global markets.
