Pastor Andre Carter is an anointed vessel of God who serves in ministry beside her husband, Pastor James Carter. Pastor Pastor Andre is the loving mother of 2 beautiful children, Keerah and Joshua.


Philanthropic Works:
Over the past six years, the Carters have given food to feed the hungry, homeless and children enrolled at both the school and the Childcare Center. They provide assistance and help for the poor and the neglected, often by helping them stand on their own feet. Their ministry has given to charitable works, especially education. They provide assistance rather than monetary or in-kind to projects that focus on health, education, instituition-building and the promotion of economic development.

Pastor Andre Carter has faithfully worked with Bishop Elisha and Rev. Mary Juma who are the oversees of the Power of Word Ministries for the past 5 years. She has provided monetary and spiritual uplifting to build churches and schools in Power of Word Church. -Mombasa, Africa. For example: She has provided computers, school supplies, tablets, teachers salaries, generators and much more.
