My mission is to achieve impact!
I deeply believe that we need more civic engagement, social innovation and collaboration across all sectors to successfully overcome social and environmental challenges – aiming at open, tolerant and sustainable societies.

This passion is also engraved in my background comprising senior management positions at McKinsey, the World Bank, and Bertelsmann Stiftung... and being founder and CEO of PHINEO – a think-and-do-tank for strategic philantropy and impact investing.
As business angels I am involved in a successful portfolio of purpose-driven start-ups.
Holding seats in various advisory and supervisory boards of corporates and non-profits completes my diverse activity spectrum bridging gaps between different worlds.
