💥 After nursing my newborn son through cancer in 2003 and then becoming widowed in 2006, I had no idea who I was. My journey has taken me to the depths of delves ration and yet has gifted me a level of appreciation, courage and life changing joy and contentment.

🍃 My medicine is in sharing my truth about the journey of true self-awareness and inner freedom, regardless of our experiences.
