🦁 I’m a spirited Leo with a fire in her belly, a penchant for a good neon dress, roller skating and a cool pair of Nike’s and I live for going deep on all things related to life, the universe and doing whatever the F lights us up in this world. I’m straight up, high energy, results driven and heart-driven and you will also find me highly intuitive, a champion cheerleader and I read energy like a mofo. It’s my absolute jam!

Have navigated the heartache & the heartbreak and I know what it’s like to live in a corporate world where you spend so much time trying to be someone else’s idea of you, that you become a chameleon. It’s exhausting right? I’ve had my rock bottoms, my relationship breakdowns, feelings of being worthless, body image and domestic violence challenges and have experienced immense loss.   Those are what have shaped me & enabled me to keep moving forward.  Those are what have taught me the tools to transform the lives of many women who stand where I have been.
