Breathing life into law, and putting people before profit, I am a Commercial Litigation Solicitor and Company Director who talks business sense and, most importantly, takes the time to understand you (we have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak!)

I am a qualified solicitor based in Poole, Bournemouth and London, and have specialised in Banking and Finance related disputes throughout my career. That includes acting for SMEs in high value mis-sold financial product disputes and professional negligence claims, and typically involves claims which are notoriously difficult to pursue and often highly complex.

My passion for helping business owners, and my firm belief in ethical lending, has most recently led to me becoming a Director of Niche FS, where I am now able to help with all forms of specialist lending. Using my wealth of experience in working with complex financial instruments, from both a legal and brokerage perspective, I am able to help my clients achieve exactly what they had set out to do.

To help navigate a high pressure career with more clarity and focus, I practice mindful living (which is not as "woo woo" as you may first think!) and I am also the Founder and Owner of BusyBuddha Retreats. I created the BusyBuddha in order to bring what I had learnt to other professionals and help them achieve more balance, focus and longevity in their careers. I am completing a Diploma in Meditation and intend to complete my Yoga Teacher training later this year.
