My experience includes department operations management, personnel management, and the creation of entire marketing, business development and communications operations for small law firms, including the supporting processes and procedures.

“Be a difference maker” is a personal mantra and overarching goal of mine. I aim to make a difference – in micro and macro ways – in each revenue enabling action I make. I aim to empower future leaders in my industry via serving in leadership and speaking at national and local industry conferences. I have held several leadership positions in professional, peer-to-peer organizations throughout my career, and I currently serve as the 2021 Past-President of the Legal Marketing Association Southwest Region.
