Involved in hospitality since birth. Parents owned restaurants growing up. Learned to pull a draft beer at age six (served
me well in college 🍻).
When a teenager, parents opened up a B&B and was made to vacate my bedroom in the summer to rent! 🤨
Vowed never to return to family business when I went off to college. (That lasted only 7 years!)
Now running Saratoga Arms with my mother. 31 room historic boutique hotel, located in downtown district of Saratoga Springs, NY. 🏨
Third generation (teenage son) is begrudgingly working in the dining room.
