Serve as SVP, Engagement at @MCI, a global engagement and marketing agency that creates human-centric touch-points that unleash the power of people to deliver innovation. In this role, I lead the association solutions consulting practice, providing a strategic perspective and recommendations to associations through strategic planning, organizational assessments, launching new nonprofits, member engagement strategies, learning, PD and certification, new product and program development, government affairs and more.

Concurrently, through MCI, I lead the Special Libraries Association (@SLAhq) as executive director. SLA members are the storytellers of information and work on the front lines to combat disinformation and misinformation. SLA represent individuals who research, manage, provide, curate or archive information, data and content across corporate, government, association, and academic sectors.
