Hey 👋🏻 I’m Amy from South Dakota where the weather is moody and can zigzag a good 60° difference in 24 hrs. 😝

I’m a wife and a mom of two (which also includes being a taxi driver, a sports mom, a cow mom, an educator, a chef.....you know the list).

I’m a Social Worker (MSW) by education & training but a mentor, active listener, and soon to be certified tapper (EFT) and an unbiased friend by purpose.

I’m dedicated to helping create space for truth, positivity, and possibility in your life. No drama, No negativity, No gossip, No nitpicking, No unhealthy competition. Only pure, genuine care and support.

Sometimes you just need to feel heard. Perhaps a safe space to speak aloud, organize your thoughts and arriving at your own conclusions. Or maybe you simply enjoy the opportunity to speak of anything, even trivial things, and simply be heard.
