Bio
Amirreza Shafaat is Founder and CEO of Alpha Capital Group. Before founding Alpha, for 14 years he has held several executive and senior level position in alternative investment asset management and Investment banking market of Iran, includes but not limited to Investment Executive or Board Advisor of renown holdings and investment companies such as Kish P&I Club, KIAN Capital, Arman Ati Investment Advisory, TECVEST (TOSAN Group), Keyson Co., and Samexxon International Group.
He is also one of the key person in developing first exchange listed venture capital fund of Iran ,1st Arman VC, and advisor of implementing Bonda Group CVC and other several industrial holdings, in addition to KIAN Capital venture portfolio manager, he serves as GP or leading fund manager in many PE, VC and RELP funds in Iran.
Mr.Shafaat holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering as well as Ms. in Financial Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic (Amirkabir University of Technology) . He Also Passed CAIA Level I 2014 and CFA Level II 2010.
