Bio

I am passionate about empowering and developing marginalized communities in Ethiopia, where I work as a Project Officer at Pro Poor Ethiopian Development Organization (PPEDO). I design, implement, and monitor projects that address issues such as poverty, health, education, and gender equality. I use my communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, overcome challenges, and deliver impactful outcomes.

I am also committed to promoting peace, democracy, and human rights in Africa, where I participate in the Ethiopia Youth Peacebuilding Network, a platform that fosters dialogue and cooperation among young people from different backgrounds and regions. I have received multiple certifications in regional youth mediation, strategic communication, and youth for peace from reputable organizations such as GIZ and AU. Additionally, I am a graduate of the University of Georgia's Africa Civic Engagement Academy, where I learned about civic leadership, social innovation, and public policy. My goal is to contribute to the positive transformation of Africa through my work and education.
