My passion for health and nutrition was born out of my own pain. In 2014 I went from being fairly active and “healthy,” to barely being able to get out of bed and severely underweight due to digestive issues. My husband thought I was going to die.

When mainstream medicine offered me no solutions, I had to become my own advocate and start searching for solutions to my growing list of health complaints. I discovered functional medicine, started working with several FM practitioners, and started getting better!

Along my health journey I started meeting so many other people who were experiencing similar health issues and I desperately wanted to help them! In 2016 I attended functional nutrition school, and in 2018 I started my own own health coaching business.

In 2019 while training under a a functional medicine doctor in cellular detoxification, he introduced me to something called Tissue Regeneration Technology, nicknamed "The Stem Cell Machine.”

Tissue Regeneration Technology an exciting, breakthrough option in the field of regenerative medicine. This treatment is clinically proven, nationally recognized, and FDA cleared with a high success rate in clinical studies.

The same technology that is used to treat kidney stones now is used to increase circulation and stimulate migration of stem cells and growth factors to injured areas.

Previously this treatment was only available in Europe or to top athletes. I am proud to be one of the first in Washington state with SoftWave Therapy!
