A Strategic HR Consultant and Business Development Advisor with global professional experience at Philip Morris International / PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. Obtained the Master and Bachelor in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). In his early career, Alvin started as an Electrical Engineer, Power System & High Voltage Laboratory Assistant, and Proctor; before the career switch to HR. A total of 8 years of comprehensive experience.

As an HR Professional, Alvin has well-rounded experiences in all CoE parts of HR, such as Employee Experience (EX), People & Culture / HR Transformation, Management & Organization Development, and Total Rewards. This is complemented by his knowledge & experience as a product owner in HR Technology Solutions. A complete yet balanced HR + Tech person, both in strategic and execution. Talented in general management and customer-centric problem solving with strong capabilities in organizing workflow, ideas, materials, people.
