Fine Cacao is a luxury product and as a luxury product it needs Traceability. Cacao also needs to be made available to the correct markets willing to pay fairly

In 2013 I learned about Bitcoin when it was worth about 30$ a piece, I was fascinated by the Blockchain and promised to bring to life a project with good fundamentals for the use of blockchain. At that time I was dealing with coffee imports to Hong Kong, that's when I got the call of Cacao. Cacao presents as an industry, a perfect case to apply what I was learning about blockchain while helping Venezuela and the world creating new Cacao Forests

In Venezuela I identified a number of elite Cacao subspecies that are at the brisk of extinction.

In Patanemo we closely collaborate with a group of smallscale farmers and provide knowledge and market access to nurture their origin. We are also involved with the University of Central Venezuela to provide technical training and advisory to improve management and ease social issues in Patanemo
