PAN is my life - be it the steel pans 🛢, the only FAMILY of instruments to be created in the 20th century and native to Trinidad & Tobago 🇹🇹 OR the pots and pans in the nearest kitchen! Jerk chicken 🍗 is one of my many culinary specialties and is native to the island of Jamaica 🇯🇲 which is also a part of my lineage... I am a proud Canadian 🇨🇦 who reps the T-DOT aka Toronto aka the SIX!!
