My partners and I recently purchased our first Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property. The property, formerly a historic mill that produced cotton blankets sits on 15.39 acres was transformed into 64 apartments utilizing Low Income Tax Credits. Our big initiative is to implement our tenant to homeowner program. With the help of community partners, financial literacy and homebuyer education workshops will be held on site. The goal is to equip families to become successful homeowners.
