Hi there! 👋 I'm Allen, a Connecticut high school student interested in creating value for others through my experience in business management, project coordination, and creative design.

🗣 Currently, at 17-years-old, I directly manage a team of 10+ people in the Institute for Youth in Policy. As the Partnerships Director and Board Member, I work in a collaborative environment where we lead an international initiative to push for healthy discourse.

🎥 As the CEO and Head of Production of Verbum, I work hands-on with other associates to produce YouTube content that aims to create social impact. I’ve produced, directed, and edited numerous series; created marketing material; and completed quality checks on every single production!

💫 I’m interested in the finance, business, and entrepreneurial space, but I also love cooking 🍳 and deep philosophical conversations! During my free time, I love to play tennis 🎾 or watch Gordon Ramsay scream at people! 😡
