Hi, I'm Alison. I have been an instructor at The Kabbalah Centre where for over 20 years I have been teaching spiritual wisdom on a daily basis through retreats, classes and workshops, as well as 1 on 1 healing sessions with students from around the world. As a favorite meditation expert on popular meditation apps including Insight Timer & Simple Habit, my voice has reached over 350,000 listens. Through soothing meditations, I have has created an access point for individuals to close their eyes and meet the challenges they face daily, to be guided towards their inner source. My meditative podcast "Dear Soul" takes listeners on a reflective journey inwards and is available on Itunes & Spotify. I am also an emerging producer, composer, and performer of sacred music, who shares my gift of vocal healing as a conduit for global healing and peace. My first album Heal was released in May 2019 along with 6 Kabbalistic Meditative Chants.
