I am a dance experience facilitator. I provide dance instruction to all ages and abilities while working full-time as a middle school dance educator. I am also a Dance Inspiration Coach. I provide private coaching and services as well as partner with organizations providing specialty workshops exploring dance as a means of self-care, mental health, and deepened confidence and purpose. I have two master’s degrees in school counseling and expressive arts therapies. I am also a happily married mom of two boys and a passionate plant parent🌱
