* provide initial guidance to employers of all size on what they need as a bare minimum from an employment legislation perspective
* no nonsense advice on employee issues within a business - highlighting the risks to certain areas or situations that arise
* work with businesses to turn around their company culture if it’s becoming toxic
* succession planning and identifying talent in the business to look for those future leaders and those who are looking for their next step
* enhancing employee engagement
* currently providing a lot of advice and guidance to businesses needing to reorganise due to COVID-19 and unfortunately making redundancies
