Since I was a child growing up in Uruguay (home of the finest amethysts in the world) I’ve always had a fascination with crystals and precious stones, and they’ve always had a profound importance in my life. Since I started collecting them, I’ve learned that they’re a special and effective tool that keeps me grounded and heals and connects all aspects of my life; from the physical to the emotional, and even the spiritual.

I have found that crystals, gems and stones help keep me balanced and centered, to bring order and harmony into my life, and in so doing help me improve my energy and workflow. I carry a crytal around with me every day as a pocket stone – it’s my protective angel and faithful friend – and I also place them next to me on my desk as I work, as I think, and create my videos.

Above all, since I started collecting crystals, minerals and stones, they have opened up for me a beautiful and powerful doorway to an ancient world…a door where my authentic self can learn to feel love from within, from others and from the love of all that is.
