Bio

Startup founder | Filmmaker | Counsellor | Mental Health Advocate

Fueled with an entrepreneurial spirit, I grew up watching my father build one of the world's largest disco ball wholesalers from the east end of London, which inspired me to think outside of the box and shape my own innovative career path.

I am co-founder of London based startup, Vidicrew; we turn crowdsourced mobile phone content into films! www.vidicrew.com.

I am an educated and experienced filmmaker with degree’s in Media Production and Professional Broadcast Techniques. I have a keen eye for storytelling and documentary format.

I also completed a master's degree in Psychology, for which my thesis was published and later I progressed to qualify as a BACP counsellor using the arts. I have a vast experience of working with young people.

As an entrepreneur I have won awards and participated on various accelerator programmes.

I always strive to transform self-doubt into belief and I am an advocate for mental health, particularly in the workplace. I believe work should be more fulfilling than not. With this philosophy, I facilitate a mental health support group for founders and entrepreneurs at www.foundertherapy.io.
