* Career developed over 25+ years of ethical and strategic experiences in the commercial area - marketing & sales, working for healthcare technology multi-national companies: Philips, General Electric, Kimberly-Clark, Covidien (Medtronic), Abbott, Esaote, brain4care and Beckman Coulter (Danaher).
* Solid experience managing and directing:
- indirect channels: coverage expansion and professionalization, in Brazil and Latin America;
- direct sales: hiring, training and developing high performance commercial teams;
- marketing, product lines and business units, in Brazil and Latin America (top line ~Euro$ 44MM and USD 50MM).
* Recent experience in:
- startup angel investment, mostly focused on health and well-being (Health Angels BR, GV Angels, Stern Aegis);
- entrepreneurship: co-foundation of a healthcare startup (ALBA) and a digital marketing consultancy firm (BOMP).
* Structured and implemented a strategic Digital Marketing project, unique in the world, for medical equipment Sales and Services to hospitals and clinics. Digital KPI management, campaigns, keywords, leads, and CRM systems (Salesforce / MS Dynamics).
* Local and remote recruiting, developing and managing by objectives, with teams from 15 up to 25 contributors, enhancing direct sales and indirect channel partners.
* Led an organizational change management for the Indirect Channels, implementing a multi-year new go-to-market model, with YoY double-digit growth.
