Social entrepreneur, connector of people and diversity enthusiast 💕

My journey has taken me all over the world, from South Side Chicago to Cape Town, SA and my mission has always stayed the same: to impact the lives of minorities in a positive way.

Currently, I am the Head of Strategy at Us in Technology: an organization dedicated to increasing the representation of minorities in the tech industry through mentorship and training opportunities. I’m also a DEI strategist and partner to high-level executives looking to diversify their internal teams and create workplace cultures that foster inclusion and belonging.

I founded The Social Blacktivist to create a community for young, Black women to learn what it takes to navigate this world we live in. I have been through so many ups and downs, both in the corporate world and my personal life, and want to provide support and advice to other young women going through the same challenges. I provide career advice, as well as health, lifestyle and beauty tips.

Also an advisor of minority owned businesses. I am a business development expert and leverage my skills and network to enable founders to grow and scale their companies.
