I am a Co-Founder/CEO of Signature Water and Fire Restoration.
The company offers a full range of property restoration services while combining the latest technologies and state-of-the-art restoration techniques. I am also Co-Founder/CEO of Signature Homes which is one of the leading custom home builders and remodelers in the area. The company also specializes in reconstruction of the homes after water and fire damage. I have been one of Chicago’s top real estate experts specializing in residential and commercial sales, investment brokerage, construction management, investor relations, acquisition, and development. Over the past 28 years, I have been actively involved in residential and commercial real estate sales, mortgage banking and real estate development, both in Chicago and Florida.
I have invested in numerous real estate projects including condo conversion, remodeling of single-family homes and new construction. I have developed a keen eye and expertise in all elements of construction, property management, commercial and residential leasing, investment, sales, and mortgage banking. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Illinois in Chicago. I also finished the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard University.
