Bio

Regenerative agriculture advocate.

I am the current President of Wyoming Legacy Meats supporting the growth and development of a small USDA processing plant in Cody Wyoming. We process Beef, Bison, Yak, Hogs, and Lamb for ranchers and for our own operation.

Additionally we ship beef subscriptions all across the United States through our own direct to consumer brands, Wyoming Legacy Meats and Regenerative Pastures.

My experience in the beef supply chain as a whole had grown tremendously since 2020.

Growing up I participated in cow calf operations on family ranches.

In 2020 I launched a direct to consumer brand selling my cousins beef out of Utah.

After experiencing the challenges we faced at the processing level I put a business model together where the direct to consumer business would also need to own the processing for stability and reliability.

In 2022 I had two incredible partners come on board and now I’m here.

I feel my experiences have given me a pretty clear understanding of the entire supply chain and it’s challenges when it comes to the protein market.

Most importantly what I have learned is there is always more to learn in this very complex system and it shouldn’t be that complex.

My goal is to work with industry leaders to correct the broken protein industry and get consumers reconnected to the source of their food, the rancher and farmers!
