I’ve Been investing in real estate since 1991. STR’s in the USA San Diego and Las Vegas as well as Uruguay since 2007. A pet peeve is hearing people refer to Short Term Rentals as Airbnb’s. They are vacation rentals or corporate rentals folks.
I am NOT a fan of airbnb because of what they did and didn’t do for us host operators in Las Vegas. Done 1,000+ houses, condos, condo conversions & Flips.

I am a Real Estate broker as well as a citizen of the world. I Built an international home in 2006. Love networking with other successful investors.
