I am here to learn everything I can about health and wellness - particularly that relates to intermittent fasting - to help myself and to help others. I am a health coach, certified through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Teaching high school full time, teaching adjunct at my local community college, and owning a small business just wasnโt enough for me to do!
