HMX Realty Advisors is the former Kimco Exchange Place (www.kimco1031.com). At Kimco, the HMX team sold hundreds of single tenant triple net and shopping center properties valued at one billion dollars. Kimco Exchange Place was the single tenant triple net brokerage and 1031 exchange division of Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM), the nation’s largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers. In 2009 the team spun out and renamed the business HMX Realty Advisors and HMX has since closed over hundreds of additional sale transactions.
