I am a dreamer and a doer! When you are stuck in war, you dream, when you are saved, you do - the work that God put you on the planet to do!

I was born in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 and as a child, I witnessed not one but two civil wars. My family and I escaped the last war in Sierra Leone and move to Australia 🇦🇺 where I completely high school and started my career.

✈️ In Australia, I studied acting and film production.

🎬 After years of auditioning, I landed my first TV role on the Aussie SBS drama, “East West 101”. Shortly after that, I landed another TV role on an ABC drama “Crownies” and then became a TV host for talk show “Chatterbox” while acting in the US crime drama (shot in Australia) “Deadly Women”. I also starred in multiple TV commercials. I was hungry! 😂

📹 🏆 In 2012, my movie career started and I landed a leading role in the Nollywood dramas, “Reflections”, Kamara Tree and was nominated for best actress in a drama for my role on “Reflection”.

🏆 In 2013 I was recognized for my work and granted an award from the “Sierra Leone Youth Organization” (SLYG) in Australia. Around the same time, I won an award for my breakthrough role with African, Movie and Music Award Australia.
I was an associate producer for a short film, “I Am Emmanuel” which received award nominations including one for Palm Springs Short Film Festival.

🗽In 2015, I met my husband and we moved to New York! In New York, I’ve filmed and edited videos for Harlem Fashion Row, Honey Pot, EmpowerHer New York and worked for the education company Kaplan - as a videographer, video producer and on-camera talent.

🎬💃🏾Now, I run a video coaching business, “Video Icon Blueprint” helping entrepreneurs with their confidence on camera and harnessing the power of videos!
