Background: a decade or so ago I got myself a Part 1 degree in Architecture followed by a MSc in Real Estate Development 👩🏽🎓. I didn’t have the confidence or cash to dive straight into the world or development back then, but my successful flip projects have given me the boost I need! 🔋I’m definitely topping up my knowledge listening to others give advice on clubhouse because experience always trumps theory! Loving it! 😆
