🎥 I am trying to be a human geiger counter urging to pick up and translate the signals of what new might be moving and changing for the growth of individuals and organizations.
And of course trying to have as much fun and dada as possible while stuffff is happening around me.

🏹 I work as a business- and innovation partner, leadership trainer and event architect.

🧩 In FLOK.dk we base our work on knowledge of behavioural design, complexity theory and newest approach to leadership training. We involve and empower stakeholders, as we have a solid understanding of business models and organisational change processes.

📺 These days I also help organizations design and facilitate large and small virtuel events.

🎯 As a consultant I have created solutions with and for Arla, Carlsberg, Nycomed, Gate 21, Udenrigsministeriet, Region Hovedstaden, Danske Bank, NCC, NOVO, UCPH and host of other small and large organizations creating innovative products, services and events.

🎺 Simultaneously growing the innovative muscles of organizations, I work as an international jazz artist.
I play the trombone, and have worked with Tom Waits, New Jungle Orchestra, James Blood Ulmer and many more. Concerts in more than 50 countries - in Carnegie Hall, dirty jazzclubs, for the Emperor of Japan, Ungdomshuset på Nørre Bronx and UN in NY.
