Left home and school at 16 with no qualifications. Started my agency from a purple shed in my late mum’s back garden, after being made redundant twice in 6 months, with just one month's salary in the bank $5,000, ended up owning a top 8 UK based $20m global digital agency which we grew with no outside investment.

The digital business was integrated into the group company and then became VP for digital for the $100m global agency.
