Let’s grow as mother’s of our melanin children, break those generational curses and have those tough conversations 💪🏾
Growing up in a Caribbean household silenced me and caused me to fall into the “what happens in this household stays in this household”.
Depression and anxiety became my best friend due to that childhood environment.
As a new mom I will break those generational curses and instill in my daughter openness and the confidence to share her truth.
