Growing up in a Caribbean household silenced me and caused me to fall into the âwhat happens in this household stays in this householdâ.
Depression and anxiety became my best friend due to that childhood environment.
As a new mom I will break those generational curses and instill in my daughter openness and the confidence to share her truth.
