👋Hi! I'm Anthony Frisina!Founder of Above & Beyond - Bridging the Gap to Accessibility and Inclusion.

I am a speaker, author, host, actor, coach and consultant.

I work within the disability community that represent 1.1 billion people worldwide and those without disabilities as well with a mission and vision of collective prosperity.

We must amplify our voices in unity to cultivate a fundamental, systemic, and culture change paving the way toward a life we choose to live, not one that is dictated for us. As well I build relationships in community together, we collaborate and build an inclusive mindset.

Using the acronym M.I.I.C.E.E. - Motivation, Innovation, Inspiration, Celebration, Education and Empowerment and re-envisioning E.D.I. - Equity, Diversity and Inclusion into I.D.E.A. - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access are the core of my practices everyday.

Leaving a legacy of greater accessibility, inclusion and belonging for the next generation to live, work and play together is my mission and vision for us all to live our best lives

I like to refer to this as a disability-inclusion revolution.
