Therapy is one of my passions 💕. Witnessing restoration through therapeutic interventions and assisting with building awareness, emboldens me to continue to what I do best. My life and my work experience constantly has me investigating human conditions, while exploring the core of human nature in it’s entire complexities. It’s complex; however, not limited to healing, growth, restoration, and meaningful change.

The work I do evolves around the very essence of change, which is growth. I facilitate accessing the best version of you, by manifesting meaningful growth and healing through transitions via restorative therapy and self-actualization🌸🙏🏾.
