As an aspiring product manager, I am passionate about building products that connect companies with diverse, next-generation talent, transforming recruiting.

As a first-generation American growing up in the Bay Area, I struggled to navigate the challenging college application process on my own, overcome financial challenges, and equip myself for success in the job market

Through research, perseverance, and networking I was able to:

✅ Land a full-time role as a Recruiting Associate on Tesla’s Internship Programs team

✅ Graduate summa cum laude with a B.S in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco

✅ Complete 4 different internships in both startups and fortune 500 companies such as Tesla and Salesforce (both of which I had 0 contacts and referrals at)

✅ Speak alongside Handshake CEO at URX conference, about my recruiting journey

✅ Complete 3 highly competitive invite-only hackathons, helping me overcome imposter syndrome

As a new grad working in recruiting, I am creating content on LinkedIn to share my knowledge and expertise to pave the way for students to succeed in their careers! Feel free to check out my posts for advice.

Equipped with a strong technical background and 4+ years of experience in HR, program management, customer success, and recruiting I have noticed a gap in talent management and internal people products that need to change.

I would love to talk through why I think recruiting technology products are currently missing talented candidate pools.
