As founder of ProFIT Family Wellness, I teach children and families how to EAT WELL, MOVE MORE and BE F.I.T. FOR LIFE! Through faith-based fitness parties and wellness classes, children and families learn how to seek God first in our pursuit of health and wellness in order to bring forth Faith-Filled Intentional Transformation into our lives.
